Transcript:

Someone who is not paying attention to the roadway in front of them when driving a motor vehicle. We have duties and responsibilities when driving a car. Number one, a duty to keep those in the car with us safe, to keep ourselves safe while driving the vehicle.

Obviously, we have to pay attention, use reasonable care when we’re driving a motor vehicle out on the roadways, when we’re sharing it with other people and motorists.
